Mik Crew Training — is an outdoor Muay Thai and Boxing trainings in Barcelona
Welcome to my Muay Thai training program! I offer training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM (19:00) at the Auditori, with a session duration of 1'30 hour approx. My training sessions are conducted in Spanish, English, and Russian to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and engaged during the session.
A regular training session includes a comprehensive workout that begins with a warm-up and stretching routine to prepare your body for the training ahead.
We then move on to punching and kicking drills, shadow boxing, and working on footwork, defence and combos in pairs.
My training also includes clinching and light sparring sessions that help to improve your technique and reflexes.
Finally, we end the session with a cool-down and stretching routine to help you relax and prevent injuries.
I offer a weekly pad work session. During this session, we focus on pad work, which involves a partner holding pads for you to strike and improve your technique, endurance and kicking power.
